Skiing in Abetone and Val di Luce

The ski area Abetone – Val di Luce is among the largest and best equipped of the Apennines, with more than 50 km of slopes that stretch on different slopes, offering unique panoramas and environments.

From the legendary “Zeno” slopes on Monte Gomito, to the centuries-old woods of Regine and Selletta, to the alpine sceneries of Val di Luce and the downhill techniques of Pulicchio with the Coppi and Seghi slopes: every skier finds his ideal track.

The area is served by 17 modern and fast lifts, with a total capacity of 25,000 people per hour. In addition, the planned snow cover 80% of the slopes, to ensure always the best conditions.

Easily accessible from both Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, through the Statale 12 dell’Abetone and Brennero, it is a perfect destination for snow holidays in every season.

L’Abetone has made the history of skiing in Italy: here, already in 1920, was born the Ski Club Abetone Boscolungo, in one of the first Italian resorts equipped with ski lifts. This is the birthplace of legendary champions such as Zeno Colò, Celina Seghi and Paride Milianti.
