This"Toscana Real Estate" exhibition is a specific trade event conceived and promoted by PistoiaINcasa together with Pistoia's chamber of commerce and confcommercioThe first edition of "PistoiaINcasa" Property Exhibition achieved excellant results regarding the development of creating a meeting point between "offer and request" within the Pistoia property market. An important result , superior to the expectations and which also contributed to the fact that it made many people from outside the Province , re-discover Pistoia's reality which is far to often confined only to the local request.
Instead PistoiaINcasa opened the doors, for the first time, to the public of the nearby provinces , creating a new niche of requests that was non-existant.
A new niche which during a delicate stage like this gave "oxygen" to a period of crisis. On the basis of this result and after having studied the reports, PistoiaINcasa conceived a Workshop called BUYinTOSCANA in the 2008 edition dedicated to the "TOSCANA REAL ESTATE" and finalized the sale of prestigiuos esteemed property destined to foreigners buyers and non.
In fact the Pistoia territory, although having great potential , because composed of a medieval historical centre and has suburbs immersed in nature (without forgetting the Pistoia Mountains and the Valdinievole) , has not managed (see article under) to attract foreign buyers unlike other Tuscany provinces. However it is important to underline that is is not only a matter of an oppertunity , entirely legitimate, to improve our profit turnover, BUYinTOSCANA represents a high quality operation of culture which revitalises the territory.
